Sims Not Showing Up in Game

How can it be that some of my Body Shop Made sims not shows up in my game?
They are packed files Sims2Pack

Hi Missaldith,

Two of your best creations, Valentina and your Avatar are university sims. You can olny play with them if you go to the Uni and create a new sim.

Thank you vey much and thanks for the nice comments on my sims. In my opinion there are plenty of sim-creators much more talented than me, but I`m flattered and say thanks again. It inspires me a lot to go on creating sims and my sims wear clothes and more from talented creators of cc. I haven`t tried yet to make cc.
