My sim's face and body don't match!!

ok, i used simPE sims surgery to change two of my sim's skintones. when i opened the game, the skin on their faces is different from the rest of their bodies. i closed the game and re-did the whole process. still no luck.

what the hell??

the other sim's face is only one shade darker than the rest of her. i don't know why sims surgery won't work for me. and i don't even know how his face got that dark because i never changed him to any shade that was anywhere near that dark. i been trying to figure this out for at least 7 hours now. SOMEONE HELP!!!

Have you tried taking them to the mirror and changing their appearence. Often times this fixes and facial bugs.
