Story Question
Frog_Man:
I was wondering if a story can start out like someone in a bad situation, and say 'lemme show you how I got here.'
Like this:
'She was baing chased.... blah blah.... he was catching up with her....
You are probably wondering how she came to this, huh? Let's go into her past, and see.....'
Is that okay?
Sam the T-man:
There are a lot of stories around that follow that pattern, so I don't see why not ;) Some even jump between past and present, but unless that's made obvious it can get disorientating :dontknow:

Thanks!

i like that style froggy! like 5 hours ago... 9 minutes ago... i think i saw a video like that and it was pretty interesting! :)
Rogue777:
Frogster - Yes, of course a story can begin like that. Just try to be consistent with your point of view. Don't fluctuate between first person and third person throughout the course of your story. If one of your characters is the narrater, make sure you stay in character the whole way through.
