Your lot is locked up. When you are in the main neighborhood view, open the cheat console (Ctrl+Shift+C) and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotes and then enter your lot. As the errors come up, keep clicking delete until there are no more problems.

Can u guess what happen to my lot (its Pleasantview) ???
And after that, should i enter the cheat first everytime i want to play ???
Thanks alot ... :worship:

Micco:
Logs are in My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Logs. It should have said in the error message what caused the error.

There was probably something corrupted, could have been an object you placed, could have been the way it was placed.

You should only use the cheat if you are having problems with a lot or are looking to diagnose a problem with the game. Otherwise you will get errors quite frequently as the game is self-bugging.

I play with the testing cheats enabled constantly.  The only time I've gotten the errors was from mods.  Never has the game created a new bug on it's own.  I guess in that respect, we can thank EA.  lol

Once you learn how to read the error files, you can usually narrow down the problem through examining it, running Paladin's HCDU, and Clean Installer.  Then just find the updated mod if one's available or decided what I really want in my game.
