Resolved: Help! Won't Install! :[

I have to re-install all my games [once again], but beside that, I'm having problems with the University EP.
 
When It's almost completed installing, it goes to check if the game, or whatever, is updated & it keeps giving me this:
 
"The update process did not complete successfully. Installation will now terminate."
 
I've literally tried re-installing it like 5 times.
What is happening?

I would try and go to the path below, and delete the university folder if there is one. If not, just check the disk for scratches or smudge marks. That is what always happens to me, so why don't you give it a try. :happy8:

No, everything is clean in my C drive. [Anyway, I'm installing it on an outside harddrive ( K: ), if it helps. I had it on there before, & it worked, so there's nothing wrong with that drive.]

& the discs were clean.




It just happened again to my Nightlife EP.
This is so frustrating. :/
