Sweets:
My teenage Sim is dating another computer sim but she is growing up soon, what will happen to her teenage date? I want them to marry and all..but if the computer sim doesnt grow up what do i do??!!

You have a couple options.
1.  MATY has a "Ask to grow up" mod, which will allow player sims to ask any townie, NPC to grow up if they have a good relationship.
2.  If you have University, you can send the townie to college from the neighborhood screen.
3.  Use InSim to make the townie selectable (The Selector), and then age (Temporal Adjuster).
