Thanks! It's still working great in my game. I played two more families over 3 weeks without bills or repoman...

Mohican.....er....it was supposed to receive bills the way I made it...the fact that it doesn't was only dumb luck! I don't know how to do hacks on purpose! lol

wow, this is great it will alow me to solve a glitch i have, i "accidently" deleted the maxis mailbox an it never came back as a result i never get any bills but also the repo man is 'droping in' every so often, my sims are actuially good friends with him, lol, hopefully this mailbox will fix it without having to kill off the entire simverse

One tiny little visual flaw I noticed, with the white version at least... a small white dot shows up on the ground/floor beneath it.
