Default skintones... how do I get rid of them?

Hi, I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here, but I didn't know where else to ask.

I downloaded some default skintones, they looked very pretty ... but in my game, they look absolutely horrible! Does anyone know how to get rid of them? I looked for them (in Sims 2 downloads), but I don't remember the file name. I searched my files under "default" and "light_default" and all that other stuff. So can anyone help?

 Thanks!

tylersada:
get Clean Installer from Mod the Sims 2.  The program will identify the different types of files including skins.  It also makes it easier to identify all types of files in my opinion.  You can delete the skins from clean installer.

I already have the Sims2Pack Clean Installer, but I haven't really figured it out yet.. I downloaded it for something before, but then forgot about it. How can I find it and delete it off of that?

Pilotpigen:
You open cleaninstaller - choose downloads, and wait till all your downloads are shown, then you maximise the window, and clean installer will tell you what the different downloads are. Then you click on the one with skin, and if it's the right one you just choose enable package ;)

I hope I didn't confuse you too much ;)

Canadianmidget:
I don't remember what the file name was though.. Which isn't too smart. But would there be like a general name that I could try and find, or are they all different? I mean I know downloads have their own names, but would the defaults have things like skin_defaults or does it all depend?
