Family Starter Home

This starter home is great for any couple or single sim who has two children but a limited budget of $20,000.  It has three bedrooms. One for the couple/single adult sim and two bedrooms for the children.  It comes fully furnished and partially decorated. There is a small backyard for the kids to play in and a bbq  as well for the adult sims to cook with. There is also a small front style courtyard. And the kitchen and living area are in one space to lower cost. There is also one bathroom.
