Reflective floors not working in Season EP

I am having problem with my reflectives floors. Since i had installed Season EP, there's no more reflection on my floor even if those floors are showing up in the buy mode and I am able to buy and place them. I verified my system computer and I know that I am having everything to make my computer to work properly. By the way, I am having no hack or mode installed.
Please, I need your help... Thanks alot...

go into your game options>graphics settings and make sure to turn reflections on.

This was already done. Mirrors work correctly, but not the floors :-(

Have you tried using "boolprop useshaders true" in the cheat box? (...that is if your video card can support pixel shaders.)
