Hospitals and Other Stuff

OK, well if you ever look in the album of a premade sims family when you first get the game, it shows them having their baby in the actual hospital, or actually at a wedding chapel getting married. I want to be able to do that, so I was wondering, is there a cheat code for that? Or did the Sims creators do that on purpose? If there is a cheat code, what is it, and how do I use it? =]

Those were most likely just residertial lots decorated to look like a hospital and a chapel. If you want that, you'll have to build it.
