Could you clarify what you are asking.  To me a basement is under ground level below the ground floor.  Could you give an example of what it is you are looking for?

Thanks Tylersada . You're right: basement is usually under ground level , and it's why I want to know how to make a basement on first, or second floor (I see that on a house I downloaded. I put the links below and a pic). I want to use the basement as a counter.

It's the second pic. In this house, the basment on first floor and not on ground floor (there're 3 floors, I thinks).

You mean the foundation? It`s the stage, it comes with the OFB or later EPs
