Nope, all you have to do is buy them (in game) then use insim's wardrobe adjuster to change your teen into them when she's pregnant. (Of course they work just fine when not pregnant too, but when she's pregnant, you have to use the wardrobe adjuster to make her wear these rather than the ones that come with the inteen.)

okay thanks bre, you're always helping me out but for the clothing i downloaded them like a year and a half ago so i'll have to search real hard for the originals, and stuff like that
the hair i believe was from rosesims2.net and i'm almost positive it's pay, but i looked on another sims2.com site and saw one where you get it for free if you don't have an account there then make one and download this sim if you want to be cheap and make it free
