Body Shop crashes

So as the title says, my Body Shop crashes. I've tried taken out all of my downloads, but it still crashes. I have no idea what's going on. >__< Did anybody else have this problem?
The last time I used Body Shop was on the 4th of this month, and nothing was wrong back then. :\ and as I've said before, I've taken out all of my downloads, so it isn't because of a download.

You may have a corrupt cigen.package file.  Delete My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\cigen.package and give it another try.

Go back to MyDocments/EAGames/TheSims2 and delete your groups.cache and ContentRegistry as well as the cigen.package.  Move the SavedSims folder to your desktop.  Go ahead and put your Downloads folder back.  Bodyshop *should* fire right up now.

One of my own Sims in the Saved Sims folder caused the problem...

I tryed that on mine & body shop still didnt work & It wouldnt let me fire up my game either
