Go to http://www.helaene.com for some kick-butt links to some awesome-sauce CC sites. Also, http://www.modthesims2.com has great downloads for everything (hacks, mods, clothing, hair, meshes, objects, etc.) with a search filter where you can specify what EP's you have.

uhm, it all depends on what you want.... lots, furniture, sims, clothes, hair, make-up, mods/hacks...

I would recommend looking around here on insimenator, http://www.modthesims2.com ,  http://www.xmsims.com for great hair and some clothes, http://mangosims2.free.fr/ for great modern furniture (it's in french, but quitr easy to understand)
