Is this normal?

Hi. Sorry about the bad title, it was all I could come up with. I'm sorry if this has already been asked, I couldn' find any similar...

And I'm sorry if it's in the wrong forum!

Well, I've been wondering if it's normal for the CC make up and hair is meant to look fine in Bodyshop and blurry in-game. Here's an example:

Bodyshop:

In-game:




Is this normal? The dress went all distorted too... Is there a wayh of changing it?

Check the Grphics/Performance Options in game.  Do you have the the Sim/Object Detail set to high?

Yes, I have just changed the settings, and they're still the same. Do I need to restart the game or should the graphics change?

EDIT: I fiddled with the settings some more, and it's all fixed!! thanks so much!

mine didn't do that, then when i downloaded pets it did...so i patched my game and everything went back to normal because i too tried to set the quality to high and it did that..sheesh..lol
