Delightful hack!  It will be very helpful in creating affordable starter homes for new sims and those returning from college, in that it will have quality household items at depreciated costs.  Very lovely mod!

Just what i needed, thank you! I hope i won't mess it up with he taxi, but if i do would it be alright to just delete the taxi with moveObjects on? Or such an action would cause bugs/glitches/ whatever?
