My Videos won't play!

So I try to open one of my videos to create and put on the sims 2 and I get Anti Aliasing to to enable I got the VP4,6,7 and it says its corrupt! Any thought?

If you can point me to some way I can compress it in a new codec that would be helpful to. Yes I tried it Uncompressed

Are you talking about videos that you have for your sims tv or videos that you recorded in the game?? That would help
