pets invisible and/or crash game

my pets suddenly went invisible and cause the game to crash. i tried removing any recent downloads, but it didnt work :(
does anyone know whats wrong?

Try takin out all of your downloads and see if it does it then, if it still does it then you need to reinstall, if it doesn't then it will be one of your downloads
