What do you mean?  Is it that the "clean-up" option does not show up anymore when you have a sim selected?

Or do you just have lazy sims? If that's the case just use Insim's personality adjuster and make them neat freaks. lol

OK there is not many solution here, this is caused when sims are sent to restaurant community lot, the uncontrolable sims sometimes get stuck eating if you leave the lot while they were eating.

The only way to bring that option back is to enable the boolprop cheat by typing this in your cheat box while in neighborhood view:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

Once this is done, right-click your sim and find the option to "force error", select it and choose the "reset" option.

Your sim will be able to clean-up dishes again after that.

If you want to turn the cheat off, reopen your cheat box and type

boolprop testingcheatsenabled false

There is no other way to solve this problem, sorry.

Your welcome, this bug is there since OFB is out and it has not been address by EA yet neither did I found a mod fixing that yet.

I send my sims on community lot very often, this is how I notice about it and when and how it was happening.
