my sims2 pack wontt work!

my sims2pack installer keeps screwing up after i install pets. even though i installed the sims2pack clean installer, it doesn't work. can someone help me please?

p.s.  i cant download som eof the thingsonthiss site because of that.

arrose - can you take a screen capture of the error you are receiving?

press the Print Scrn button, then open Paint (all programs, acessories) and then paste the buffer image in, then save as a JPG and post it here as an attachment.
