Bodyshop Crash before completely loading?

DLMulsow:
The game is running fine and body shop has run fine up to this point.  When loading the body shop, it crashes before it ever loads completely.

Anyone else have this problem and know what could be causing it?

Delete the cigen.package. It's in the Sims 2 main folder in my documents. Then try to re-open it, that should fix it.

There's a possibility you could also have a corrupted file in your Saved Sims folder...at least, that was the case with me. Try removing all the files from the Saved Sims folder, then replace each of them gradually until you zero in on the culprit file.

Oh or even a corrupt project file, never thought of those two. lol I hope one of our suggestions works for her.
