Need help downloadin with mod the sims2 Qxpress

Eternal Winds:
after I download the stuff, they appear in the Q-xpress thingy but then what do I do :( im kind of clue less after that, can some one that knows how to do it help me out here please?:happy8:

Tenshii~Akari:
After the names of the downloads appear in the Download Title & Filename table, click the install button on the bottom right of the Q-Xpress box.
