My sims won't use the phone!!

That happened to me too. Unfortunatly I can't tell you how I fixed it, because I had to Uninstall Seasons and start all over, which fixed it, among other problems. But if you have a car on the lot, could you buy a cell phone? I tried that first, but I din't have a business on the lot. It only seemed to affect that one house. And even if I deleted all the phones, it still didn't fix the problem.

Could be because you do not have the right version of a mod for the ep you have install or are you using a cc phone? If so, some options won't show unless you get the latest version of it.

If you are using a custom phone made before OFB, that could be your problem. Try switching to a maxis phone and see if you still have the same problem. If that doesn't work, then you may have a mod or a hack conflicting.
