Taller Sims?

Is there a way to make a Sim taller than another Sim? And is there a way to reverse the process if I do?

You could use the strech skeleton cheat.  Once you quit the house/game (not sure which one) it will go back to normal.

And you can use SimPE to make it permanent somehow.
