You did remember to get the meshes from the links in the top posts in the two threads, right?  Also you need to have Numerator's CEP package.  I always forget to mention that...  You can get the latest version here:

Other than that I don't know why it wouldn't be working for you as both of the meshes indicated base game.  Let me know either way cause I have the last one, the really BRIGHT one to upload for you.  :)
