My Sim couple was bless with 6 babies and they're running around like mad to try and take care of them!!! Can you guys give me some advice as how to find the perfect nanny, and not the maxis made nanny where she just change diapers and feed them half the bottle?:lol::P Thanks

The best you can do is have one of your parents quit their job (unless you have some vacation time) and stay home with the kids until they're old enough to go to school... the nannies are WAY more trouble than its worth

I hire the nannies and then just make them selectable. It works much better. I don't even care about the nannie's needs! If she dies well.. She dies. :D
