That dining room is by RICCI2882 @ TSR, but you know how to get it.
The dishwasher is from the Milano set at Reflex.de, I think it is a pay item.
I am sure you know how to get it ;)
Edit: the diningroom set is free, just get it from the site, if you are registered. :D
