H&M Stuff Pack and CC

I seem to have lost the insimenator and nearly all my usesful mods after having installed H&M.  Does anyone have any info on this?

by lost, I mean they don't work anymore.  Not that they are gone from the download folder.  It seems like the problem is limited to one lot.  Odd.
