Pets wont go to WORK!!...help please

i can take the pet every and anywhere. but when its time for the carpool to come it doesnt.. he isnt pregnant, and its just getting to the point where i dont want my dog anymore... not cool.

What about custom careers, university majors or carpool/school bus mods?  Any of those not updated for Pets will prevent the carpool from coming.
