animal questions. please help

How do you get a pet penguin?
Appart from the let it slide clue I have no idea?

also while im asking how do you make friends with a werewolf the best I can do is pat them a bit and then they run off never to be seen again well before getting anywhere near a 100% relationship

Is there anyway to get your pets to breed mine get 100% with each other but never actually do anything

If you want to run a pet shop what do you do with those animalk pens you buy?

Polar Boy - I think I saw a mod or something over at MTS2 or MATY that would allow this if you had Pets EP, but since I don't have the Pets EP and won't have it, I didn't bookmark it.  Maybe someone else remembers this.

oh ok since the weather guy gives a clue I thought it must be an in game feature.

There is a penguin that will walk about in Winter, but as far as I know, you can't get it to be a pet in the absence of a mod.
