My computer recently had a virus and had to be completely rebuilt. i mangaed (or tried to) back up my downloaded items but cannot find the downloads section amongst all the othe sim files neighbourhoods, lots etc. my second and bigger problem is that when i go on sims 2 now (i have all expansion packs up to H&M) i only have my custom neighbourhoods and not strangetown, pleasantview or veronaville.

Could someone PLEAS help!!!   :-P

Thanks in advance:D

If you didn't back up your downloads folder before uninstalling TS2, then they were all deleted during the uninstall if you did one.

You can get the default neighborhoods back by copying C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\UserData\Neighborhoods to My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2.
