In the privacy of your own game, you can easily export OpenHouseJack's skin, black out the shirt and shoes on both the texture and alpha bitmaps, and reimport.  Tada!  No shirt or shoes!

If you want to redistribute, you'll have to ask OpenHouseJack for permission...
