Sorry about the double post! I meant to edit the original post but this is what happened instead. I don't know how to delete it so if you want to download it you can download the second post.

To delete a post: When you're looking at it, there's an Edit button in the lower right corner. Click that, then "Advanced" on the next page. Right at the top should be a little form to delete the post.
