Morten Harket (born September 14, 1959 in Kongsberg) is the lead singer of the Norwegian pop band a-ha, who have released eight studio albums and topped the charts in several countries after their breakthrough hit "Take on Me" in 1985. Morten is still going strong and has done several solo albums through the years and now he is releasing another new album in early 2008! Morten not only has a beautiful voice and gorgeous looks but he's also a very complicated intense yet gentle man. He says this about himself: “I've got to see how things look from beneath and from the sides. I have to turn everything upside down, I've got to twist statements around, dissect all final reasoning, cut them apart and find out what they really look like.” He also has an interest in orchids and also likes sharks and tropical fish. So make sure to buy him an aquarium and plants to tend to ;^)
