i seem to either have the wrong mesh or something it shows up as the outwear from seasons,does it require cep or anything like that?

i really want these if you can help me figure out the problem i would appreciate it very much.I don't mean to complain i mainly need to know if it is me or if the mesh is wrong or a missing file

I just sent you a pm. I will try to fix it but I don't understand what the problem is so I PMed you for clarification.
