making a sim,sim2pack file. HELP

I ve some very cute sims in my 3rd or 4th genareation.& the thing I want is that how I can make them  sim2pack file so I can share them with others & use them in my game & body shop too.

you have to extract them from the game with SimPE first, someone around here has a link to a tutorial...

Here is a link I like since there are pics explaining how, just follow all the things to do in step 1:  Giving your in-game sims a permanent make-over.

When this is done, you will need to open bodyshop and package it so it becomes a sims2pack file.
