How do I get my Sims to leave the house.  I have the nightlife and have no idea how to get them to go out to a club or resturant.  Please help!!!

If they have a car, you can click on the car and choose where they want to go. If your sim doesn't have a car, click on the phone and have them call a taxi. When the taxi arrives, you'll be able to choose where you want to take them.
