Hello there! I'm having a problem with my buildings, and the overall graphics of the game. While creating a new family, the background walls flash different shades of red (so that you are unable to see the actual wall). That was bearable, I could stand that, but now my house walls are the same way. The entire house is surrounded in flashing red. I am not able to put up wall paper or see any sort of a normal wall. I'm wondering if this is because of a poor download or maybe I need to change my graphic settings?

Please help soon. I'm just about desperate with this problem.

Happy days to all,
LM.

Flashing blue means a mesh problem, flashing red is a graphics problem. First, I would make sure your graphics card is compatible with the game, then, if it is, update your drivers. If you've recently updated your drivers and have started having this problem since then, try rolling back your drivers to the older version.

Oh my. Thank you, but that sounds complicated. I'm not a very technical person. I'm pretty sure my graphics card is compatible. It's a fairly new computer that isn't used for much else than my game. How do I update my drivers?

You can find updated drivers on the manufacturer's site.
