Ah hah! That's your problem, auntiejo. Since you don't play with the H&M (or Celebrations) disc in the drive, those bodyshops won't work. You have to use the disc of the latest expansion pack you have installed, not the latest stuff pack. If it's Pets, use the Pets BS. If it's Seasons, use the Seasons BS. :)

i'm going to be installing another pack which i'm going to be borrowing. and that's the glammor life pack. till i buy my own. so do i still use season's bodyshop. with me using the season's disk?

Yes, you should still use the Seasons disk. When GL first came out, I had to use the GL disc because the game recognized it more as an ep rather than a stuff pack, but since Season is the latest ep release, that's the disc you should use.
