Special Events Camera is not an option??

For some reason the special events camera is grayed out in my game and I don't understand why?? I have every EP installed. Can anyone help?

MissDoh:
It means your actual video card cannot support it if it is gray out.

You will need a more powerful one to have that option, sorry.
