im having problems making phone calls

my sims cant make phone calls, right when there gonna reach for the phone , the this is jump thingy and just stating there and that jumpy thingy is still happening , i got rid of all that i thought would be causing the game some trouble and its still doing that , has this happen to anyone , is it fixable , please help , i wanna play my game , i havent played it for 2 weeks

Sounds like maybe a jump bug. There is a sticky round here with what to do if that happens, i will try and find it for you!

You could open your clean installer and look for anything highlighted in red, look for phone line and delete this,this is a phone hack. You inadvertently downloaded with a house i get this all the time.

Do you have any custom cell phone replacements?  If so, take them out.  The vast majority of them are NOT compatible with Seasons.  :angel:
