Were you using the appropriate inteen and flavor packs version related to the latest ep you have install? Inteen has been updated for each ep so far if I am not mistaken.
Take a look on their site, I am sure they can help choose the right one for what you have install.
I must say I am happy you found what was messing up your game. Though be aware Inteen do conflict sometimes with other mods, it is always good to run the hack detection tool when you add new mods in your game to make sure it does not conflict with mods you already have install and cannot play without.

thanx miss doh.. i went to their site and just in case i updated all the flavor packs.. didnt work.. im in talks with them now,,, and i run the game with only inteenimator and it she still didnt go to work..

Yikes!! Well I am sure they will help you found out what is causing this.
I do not use the Inteen personally so I cannot help you at all with that mod, but at least, you finally isolated your problem which I am truly glad you did. :)
