Maxis's conversion to Slim BB

Can someone please tell me what would be the best way to make this NL outfit:


Available for SlimBB's? I have tried to find a mesh and alpha or similar outfit to do it the "down and dirty" swap file way but the tie and white part of the shirt doesn't show up doing it that way. Any suggestions?

You will need to edit the parts that don't show up right as just file swapping likely won't produce satisfactory results.

Bakajin:
you're gonna have to edit that puppy in Milkshape or something using a slim BB mesh as a guide.
