As I said in my first post of this house, it's my favorite.  So I decided to give you my version of it as a "model home".

If you'd prefer it unfurnished, please download this verson http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=56846

The Tuscany model home features include much of the same as the market home home, but include full landscaping, upgrading lighting package to include outdoor, tile foyer and hallways, upgrading wood flooring, and comes fully decorated and ready for your sims.

Standard and Optional Features included created by:

Exterior:

Landscaping by macarossi and 4 Ever Simfantasy http://www.modthesims2.com/creator/macarossi http://www.4eversimfantasy.net/index.htm
Exterior by phoenix phaerie, simnuts 101, and Ktosiu http://www.modthesims2.com/creator/phoenix_phaerie http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=42946 http://www.modthesims2.com/member/Ktosiu

Interior:

Earthy Tiles by cokebuilder http://www.modthesims2.com/creator/CokeBuilder
Tuscan Kitchen by phoenix_phaerie
Dana sofa/chair and The Great Aussie Bathroom by blake_boy http://www.modthesims2.com/creator/blake_boy
Plants and other decor items by 4 Ever Simfantasy
Ficus by Khakidoo http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=231263
Interior Walls from House & Home Collection's Cerulean Point, Garden Grove, and Turkey Hill Paint sets...download them all, they're fabulous http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=488550

Not included is the Invisible Driveway & Extensions by roddyalexio found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875

Quick Stats on this House:
--Cost is about $175,000 (again, I wish)
--4X5 size Lot
--I have about every EP except the Holiday stuff
--House is based off real plan and is very playable
--The Tuscany features a Owner's Suite, Guest Suite, and study which can be converted into a 3rd bedroom.  A Gourmet Kitchen with Breakfast Room, Formal Dining Room, Laundry Room, Powder Room, and Great Room with fireplace.

Enjoy!

Hi,
I am interested in downloading this home as it looks very playable. But could you please explain what the lighting package is?

Does it change the games lighting, or is an actual light?

Many Thanks

The lighting package just means I put lights in the house, like overhead, garden lights, etc.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  I make my houses just as if you bought a new one with kitchens, baths, flooring, etc.  This is a "model home" so it's completely decorated that's all.
