I was playing around on my Sims 2 University game and somehow got into Debug mode for Create a sim and i could choose those mascot heads and bodys and use zombie skintones and alien skintones i have absoloutely NO IDEA how i got there so if anyone knows can ya tell me please im desperate lol:snorting:

First for this to happen you must put the "debug cheat" (boolprop testingtcheatenable true) at on from your neighborhood view.  

Once activated and you go in CAS, if you press shift+n it will activate "debug mode " in CAS.

Pressing shift-m will take you out of debug in CAS in case you're interested.

Well thank you very much Ancient, I've been wondering how to get out of it since I always play with testing cheat at on, you can imagine my annoyance everytime I had the silly idea to name a family starting with the letter N.
