Create a sim and you should read the little manual coming with the game, they explain a lot in there.

It is really under Create a Family, isn't it? That's what it says on the screen when you enter a neighborhood.

yes, it is under Create a Family, once in it, you can 'create a sim'

for some reason people say CAS instead of CAF. I think someone once said that in TS1 it was called CAS and it stuck *never played TS1*

I almost bought Sims1 (the whole set) but saw Sims2 on the shelf (it had just been released) I read the back of the box and it said sims would take better care of their needs so I bought Sims2 instead :lol:
