Budget Starter NO1

This house is great for the budget conscious sim who wants a house and a pool for under $20,000. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a small open area that is the kitchen, dining room and lounge in one. The lot size is 2x2 and the Price is: $19,477. So your sim has pocket change.
