yipee I have been looking for some beachy type houses for my neighborhood Ashland Cove.It is a neighborhood by the ocean with lighthouses.I also dont like custom content either so this is perfect.I only want Maxis content.Cuz you can become overrun with CC.Especially terrains.I also love Lake Crossing.What folder do you put it in?Iam new to terrain downloads.Also do you have to decompress it with SC4.Could you pm me this info
