well when you download from here files are either zip or rar. so they need to be extracted. you can do that by saving the file, then going to the zipped folder and right clicking on it there should be an extract option click that and it'll take you through an extracting process

i'm unaware of any tutorials

if you want to extract rar files then you need winrar you can get that by getting the free trial

when i right click and hit zipped folder there are three kinds of extrace...

extract to...
extract to here
extract to my sims folder

which one do i press

then it'll bring a popup just click next until it says finish ;) hopefully that works

when i was new i sorta guessed..:lol: it was pretty much trial and error i was to shy/embarassed to ask
